تشغّل الهدف الرقمي (Digital Target)، وهي شركة برمجيات مسجلة في جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، منصة مغاسل ناتروكس لإدارة المغاسل. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وحقوقك تجاهها.
باختصار: نجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا بيانات زبائنك لأي جهة. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات. وكل مغسلة تُعزل بياناتها في قاعدة بيانات مستقلة.
المشترك: صاحب المغسلة الذي يشترك في المنصة ويستخدمها لإدارة أعماله.
الزبون النهائي: عميل المغسلة الذي يسلّم ملابسه ويستلم إيصاله.
المشترك هو المتحكم في بيانات زبائنه، ونحن معالج للبيانات نيابة عنه ووفق تعليماته.

ترسل المنصة رسائل عبر WhatsApp Business Platform من رقم المغسلة نفسها، وتقتصر على:
هذه رسائل خدمية (Utility) تتعلق بمعاملة قائمة، وتُرسل فقط لمن قدّم رقمه للمغسلة عند الاستلام. لا نرسل رسائل تسويقية أو ترويجية. ويستطيع الزبون طلب إيقاف الرسائل من المغسلة مباشرة.
تخضع معالجة الرسائل لشروط واتساب وسياسات Meta.
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها للإعلانات. وتقتصر المشاركة على مزوّدي خدمات ضروريين للتشغيل:

للزبون النهائي: توجّه أولاً إلى المغسلة التي تتعامل معها لأنها المتحكم في بياناتك. وللمشترك: راسلنا على app@dgt.sa ونرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
الخدمة موجهة للمنشآت التجارية ولا تستهدف من هم دون ١٨ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم قصداً.
تُستضاف بياناتنا على خوادم قد تكون خارج المملكة. وفي هذه الحالة نتخذ الضمانات المناسبة لحمايتها وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونُشعر المشتركين بأي تغيير جوهري عبر البريد أو داخل المنصة قبل سريانه.
Digital Target, a software company registered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, operates natrox Laundry — a management platform for laundry businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
In short: We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We do not use it for advertising. Each laundry's data is isolated in its own database.
Subscriber: the laundry business owner using the platform.
End customer: the laundry's own customer who drops off items.
The subscriber is the data controller for their customers' data; we act as a data processor on their behalf.
From subscribers: business name, address, contact number, staff login details (name, phone, hashed password), subscription and billing data.
From end customers: name and phone number (for receipts and notifications), order details (items, services, amounts, dates), wallet balance and transactions if used.
Automatically: technical logs for operation and troubleshooting (request time, device type, IP address). We do not use advertising trackers or build behavioural profiles.
The platform sends messages via WhatsApp Business Platform from the laundry's own number, limited to:
These are utility messages related to an existing transaction, sent only to customers who provided their number directly to the laundry. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Customers may opt out by contacting the laundry.
We do not sell, rent, or share data for advertising. Sharing is limited to service providers necessary for operation: DigitalOcean (hosting), Meta/WhatsApp (notifications), and government authorities where legally required (e-invoicing).
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. End customers should contact their laundry first. Subscribers may email app@dgt.sa; we respond within 30 days.
The service targets businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Data may be hosted on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, we apply appropriate safeguards in line with applicable regulations.
