Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of natrox Laundry, operated by Digital Target, a software company registered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By subscribing you agree to these terms.

1) The service

natrox is a SaaS platform for laundry management: order intake, tracking and delivery, receipts, WhatsApp customer notifications, pricing and catalog management, wallet and packages, and financial reporting and closings.

2) Subscription and payment

• Annual subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the service is operational
• Price changes are notified in advance and apply from the next billing cycle
• Late payment may result in suspension after prior notice

3) Account responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and those of your staff, for all activity under your account, for notifying us of suspected unauthorised use, and for the accuracy of data you enter.

4) Your customers' data

You are the data controller for your customers' data; we are a processor acting on your behalf. You confirm that you obtained customer phone numbers lawfully within a genuine transaction, informed them they will receive receipts and notifications on WhatsApp, and comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

5) WhatsApp

The platform sends utility messages via WhatsApp Business Platform from your own number. You agree not to send marketing or unsolicited bulk messages, to comply with WhatsApp and Meta business policies, and to stop messaging any customer who requests it. Violations may result in Meta restricting your number, for which we are not liable.

6) Acceptable use

You may not attempt to breach the platform, exceed your permissions, access other subscribers' data, resell or sublicense the service without written agreement, use the platform for unlawful activity, or reverse-engineer the software.

7) Intellectual property

The platform, its code, designs and trademarks are the exclusive property of Digital Target. Your subscription grants a right of use only, for the subscription term. Your data remains yours, and you may request an export at any time.

8) Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and give prior notice of scheduled maintenance. Support is available in-app during published hours. We do not guarantee freedom from interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

9) Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, errors from data entered by you or your staff, or third-party outages (WhatsApp, hosting, networks). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the incident.

10) Termination

You may terminate by written notice, effective at the end of the current cycle. We may terminate for material breach after notice and a cure period. After termination your data remains available for 30 days for export, then is deleted within 90 days.

11) Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Jeddah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
